FAQs

Answer1

Sequence based prediction is available on the home page and the search page There are two types of predictions: 1. With replacement at a fixed position, eg. P0DTC2/P681H 2. Entering a sequence format for replacement at a fixed position: P0DTC2/P681H format for arbitrary sequence search: give an identifier (eg. P0DTC2_del) and pass the sequence in the next row all identifiers should start with a greater than sign (>) Clicking on example button fills-in a sample input for both types of predictions We save the prediction results for two weeks. So, if you're running a prediction that someone has already run over the last two weeks, the results will be picked-up from history instead of computing, making the execution quick
